This policy explains how Shubham Sah Productions collects and uses information when you enquire through this website or work with our studio. Last updated 5 September 2026.

What we collect

Contact forms collect your name, email, phone number and the message you choose to send. If you hire us, contracts, shot lists, music files and photographs are stored in order to deliver the work.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to enquiries, schedule sessions, deliver galleries and masters, and — only with permission — share selected images or films as portfolio. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Vendors such as labs, printers or distribution aggregators may receive only what they need to complete a job. Hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for up to two years. Wedding and session archives are retained according to the agreement you sign, typically a minimum of twelve months after delivery.

Your choices

Email enquiry@shubhamsahproductions.com to request a copy, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, or to withdraw permission for public portfolio use of your images.

Children

Family and newborn sessions include minors only with a parent or guardian’s booking. We do not knowingly collect enquiry data from children.
